Mustard-glazed Chicken Legs
¼ cup melted butter/coconut oil
2 T mustard
½ t celtic sea salt
½ t. dried sage
Sea vege seasonings
12 bone in chicken legs
Preheat oven to 400. Combine seasonings with melted fats and rub over chicken. Bake in baking dish for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with Basmati rice.
1 cup almond flour ¼ t. cloves
¼ t. celtic sea salt ½ c pumpkin
½ t baking soda 1 T honey
1 T cinnamon 2 T brown rice syrup
½ t. nutmeg 3 eggs
In a food processor, combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and pulse for 2 more minutes. Scoop batter into small muffin pan or in a silicone shaped muffin pan like I did.
Bake at 350 for 20 min for muffins or 12 minutes for small muffins. Cool for 1 hour.
